5 Questions To Let Go Of Past Pain

There was a time when the pain was something I struggled to overcome. It took me years of finding and trying different methods to get over the pain I thought I was causing my present state to be affected. The struggle was real. You may have heard the old saying “holding a grudge against someone is the equivalent of drinking poison and hoping for them to die.” So while performance coaching usually doesn’t involve going back to the past like therapy, counselling, or maybe even life coaching would. I was holding on to something that was hindering my future performance. That's when I discovered and made the decision I need to do some work on this. So I discovered as part of my coaching sessions questions that helped me let go of the past pain and increase my future performance. Since then I haven't looked back and strived forward every day. Here are the questions I asked to use which will help you overcome the same: 5 Questions To Let Go Of Past Pain: Why have I held on to this? Wh

Don't Let The Visions Of Optimum Keep You From Getting Started!

When we set our sights on anything, whether it's in business or developing a healthier habit, it’s so easy to look at someone who’s has this covered and then we try to reverse energy the strategy. This is pretty useful in some cases because learning from other experiences and seeing how they have been successful helps elevate you and you learn. What we don’t tend to remind ourselves is that those systems, habits, and strategies may not be what you need right now to start. Comparing yourself to what others are doing and have been successful in is great to learn from but can also create doubt in yourself from getting started at all. Remember they have gone through this and now are at their optimum state which doesn’t mean you are there but you can get there, in the right way. You may not need to buy all the resources they have or even be in the position to afford it. So think do you need this now, and what can you do to just get you started for you to get there. I recall when I start

Knowing when to give up and when to stick with it!

Knowing when to give up and when to stick with it! When to keep going and when to move on is probably one of the hardest things in life to know. Perseverance and grit in my opinion are the keys to achieving success in any field you're in. We also face doubt but somehow always find a way to keep going. Being successful in business, learning something new, or even building a relationship, sticking with it is probably the most critical behaviour to have. But saying never give up isn't always the best advice to give. In my experience and the people I work with give up all the time, these are the successful ones. If something isn't right or not working, why would you want to repeat it? You've got to see what's wrong, fix it, and make the change. From my experience, and observation you need both strategies. At times you may be full of confidence and don't stop other times you stop when things aren't working and try something new. But how do you know when to do thi
